How much does a call-out cost? +

For home users, our first hour is £50 (minimum charge), then £45 per hour thereafter. We also offer a 20% discount for those over 65. For businesses, we provide tailored quotes based on your specific needs - contact us for a free consultation.

What areas do you cover? +

We cover the entire Hamble Valley area including Hamble-le-Rice, Netley, Hedge End, Bursledon, Whiteley, Hill Head, Sarisbury Green, Warsash, Locks Heath, and surrounding areas including Southampton, Eastleigh, and Fareham. If you're not sure if we cover your area, just get in touch!

Do you offer remote support? +

Yes! Many issues can be resolved remotely, which saves you time and money. We can securely connect to your computer to diagnose and fix problems without needing to visit in person. If the issue requires hands-on work, we'll arrange a call-out.

How quickly can you respond? +

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. For urgent issues, we'll do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible - just let us know it's urgent when you get in touch. For business clients with service agreements, we can offer priority support.

Do you work evenings or weekends? +

Yes, we understand that IT problems don't always happen during business hours! We offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends to suit your schedule. Just mention your preferred time when you contact us.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards. For business clients, we can set up invoicing with payment terms. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise arranged.

What if you can't fix my problem? +

We're confident in our ability to solve most IT issues, but if we genuinely can't fix your problem, we'll be honest with you. We'll explain the situation clearly, advise on the best course of action, and won't charge you for work that didn't resolve your issue.

Do you provide a warranty on your work? +

Yes! We stand behind our work. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of our service, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge. This doesn't cover new issues or problems caused by user error or additional software/hardware changes.

Can you help with Mac computers as well as Windows? +

Absolutely! We work with Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, and most other devices. We also support Linux systems. If you have a specific device or operating system, just ask and we'll let you know if we can help.

Do I need to backup my data before you work on my computer? +

We always take precautions to protect your data, but we strongly recommend having a recent backup before any work is done. If you don't have a backup solution, we can help you set one up. We can also perform a backup as part of our service if needed.

Can you help with business IT infrastructure and networks? +

Yes! We provide comprehensive business IT services including network setup and management, server configuration, cybersecurity solutions, cloud migrations, and ongoing IT strategy. Whether you're a small business or growing enterprise, we can tailor our services to your needs.
